I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at the Tarentum store. I decided to go to this particular store, due to many positives reviews and I am so glad I did. Not only were Samantha and Sarah both very knowledgeable, but they were patient and took the time to explain all of my different options. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I booked my appointment online and showed up about 15 minutes early. The two associates at the front desk were very nice and were quick about getting me signed in. Dr. Allison was friendly and efficient, And explained every bit of the process to me. The examination areas were clean and orderly.
They have so many glasses! the associates helped me pick out glasses that my insurance would cover.
The only part of the process I was a little disappointed in, is how long it takes to get the glasses back , after they're modified for your specific needs. I was quoted around the end of the month for when my glasses would be ready to pick up.

I’m 45 and haven’t had an eye exam in probably 7 years. I noticed my up close vision was getting a bit blurry. I went in today for an exam. The process was simple and efficient. The staff was polite, professional and accommodating. I left there today after ordering my first ever pair of glasses
