“I want to share our family’s experience with the Beinhauer Funeral Home in Bridgeville, PA. What they did for us deserves to be known/shared.<br><br>I recently lost my husband Dean, and my daughters their dad in August of this year (2026). We did not know much about funeral planning or how to choose a funeral home. We chose Beinhauer’s for several reasons. First, we knew we would need ample parking for visitation for our family and friends. Second, many of our friends, family and acquaintances are older adults with some minor health issues and disabilities and we wanted them to have easy access into the funeral home and once inside they would be comfortable and able to get around easily.<br><br>Scott Beinhauer, Funeral Director at Beinhauers is truly a class act, as are his associates and staff who helped myself, my daughters and my family through one of the most difficult times of our life. Scott was respectful, kind, and courteous. His experience guided us through the process of funeral planning and preparation with ideas and options we never thought of. Never once did Scott make us feel uneasy or frown upon our wishes, ideas, or concerns.<br><br>Scott guided us step by step on how to make Dean’s viewing meaningful and respectful, even when we wanted to place his golf clubs by the casket, or the numerous artifacts representing Dean’s life and accomplishments in the casket. He provided us with the opportunity to have a slide presentation of photos of Deans life, which he prepared for us. Scott helped us with flower options and ideas for displaying the numerous photo boards of Dean with his daughters, his grandkids, his family, his friends, and everyone who mattered and impacted Dean in his lifetime.<br><br>Scott has followed up since the funeral just to check in to see if we needed anything. But what I most appreciated, respected and admired about Scott was that he never forgot the names of my daughters or of Dean’s or my immediate family members. “English Funeral Home were a great assistance in planning and caring out the funeral services for my parents, both in their 90s. My mother and father lived in a retirement community near Oakmont, while my siblings and I are scattered in various places around the US. Mark, Melissa and Megan walked us through the required paperwork (including creating and publishing an obituary in the newspapers), coordinating with the church for a funeral religious service, and the cemetery for the internment. The visitation was well done prior to the church service, and a funeral procession afterwards to the cemetery was seamless. They even helped us by arranging for a military color guard for my father's (a US Air Force veteran) burial. My family is very grateful for their professional and compassionate service.”

Not only is it heartbreaking but while you're trying to deal with the loss and the grief you also have to deal with the natural process of making arrangements.<br>Lexi and John were amazing. Lexi took it upon herself to handle all the details, make all the phone calls, filed all papers, made all contacts, helped write the obit and took care of all the details with my Father's internment at The Nation Cemetery of the Alleghenies and eleviated most of the stress.<br>When Mom passed recently Lexi was right there again and took care of everything.<br>Lexi and John are considered family now. My service dog Rosie passed away on June 27, 2024 due to my landlady who allowed herself into my rental space and whom criminally cyanide poisoned my seizure response dog . She even admitted to the crime 3x. But these pics are of the room that they put the animals in before they cremate their earthly remains and also.... This is the room my own mother Victoria Jean (Billy) Kobulnicky was laid out at back in January 2010. Memories is all I have.”
