A specific shout out to Katelyn who comforted the family and specifically me and was in contact with me within about an hour after my father's passing and ensuring me he was in their care. Kaitlyn made took my brother Jack and I through every step and was so very thorough, kind and caring through the entire process. Kaitlyn was nothing short of amazing and the Laughlin organization is very lucky to have her.

“I don't understand the low rating and all the negative reviews of this Funeral Parlour.
It was not my experience at all.
The Chapel space is solemn and welcoming; the whole atmosphere of it is that of dignity, compassion and serenity.
Gary Ball, the proprietor, was nothing but sensitive and considerate. I changed my mind about viewing at the last moment, and he went out of his way to give me one last chance to be with my mother before her cremation.
Surely, the small viewing fee (and its terms are spelled clearly on their website) is worth it.
Don't believe the negative reviews. On my part, I can only say: thank you, Gary, from the bottom of my heart. I'm very grateful for all your support, understanding and heartfelt compassion during this difficult time in my life!“
