“The doc's are very friendly and professional. Krista is the best when selecting frames! She isn't afraid of saying THESE ARE NOT FOR YOU and was great with my somewhat shy 17yr old son. She had him laughing and got him to like the glasses he ended up with. She's the perfect personality for what i imagine is a sometimes difficult job. When I damage or destroy my glasses, I just walk in a go directly to Krista for help. After she laughs at me for ruining my glasses (and she should!), she always helps me out, and always checks to see if i get new ones for free on insurance before I am asked to pay. “I had a terrific experience with Dr. G Russell and Jade the receptionist. I started to notice "something" in my eye and unsure what it was called LensCrafters in the Willow Grove mall Bistline eye care if they could take a look. They said - Yes we can and come in today. After my exam, the doctor noticed it was my retina causing the vision issue and was concerned about the holes that were forming. The Dr. said to go Mid Atlantic Retina and show them this--it was a note regarding my medical situation. That information that I provided to Mid Atlantic and Mid Atlantic customer service that they saw me immediately and made sure I was cared for to protect my precious vision. I would have had serious vision problems if not for the quick response of Dr Russell of Bistline and Dr. Fineman of Mid Atlantic. If you have a concern regarding your vision or just a check up...go to Bistline and check it....it could save your eyes.“
