Great place for children or adults. My children are thriving and have so much motivation and enthusiasm for this program. Real situation awareness and preparedness, ie. dealing with a bully, or what to do if someone tries to kidnap them. Regular supervised sparring. Fabulous morals instilled in my children at every practice. It's so, so much more than fight club. Could not be happier that we found this studio.“
