Wanted to try out something new for my 4 year old. Saw this program online, saw good reviews. We have attended a few classes so far and are happy we signed up. Great atmosphere. Caring employees. Looking forward to keeping this program a part of our weekly routine.

Kinder Karate is a great program for young kids that focuses on principles like respect, discipline, listening and taking direction. It’s an added bonus that the kids are getting exercise and having fun at the same time.

We came across Kinder Karate while looking for activities for our 3.5 year old son to get involved with. Our son instantly fell in love with the program and looks forward to class every week.

Kinder Karate® is a specialized martial arts program for 3-6 year olds that focuses on the specific developmental needs of each age group. Created in 2012 by Kara Czerniak, it utilized her experience in Positive Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, Communications, and Neuropsychology, while combining it with her now 26 years' experience in the martial arts industry, to create a one-of-a-kind curriculum for 4-6 year olds.
