I honestly felt my brain got a lot sharper and more focus than ever. Very fun exerise with out getting hurt physically. Enjoyed this with my daughter. Real bonding experiance. I lost weight by the end of the year. Took up walking in the evenings. I told my 12 year old at home show me what you got. I thought I might end up going to hospital for a few moments. She really kicked me so hard. She Felt so bad' as she didnt know her own strength. The following day I had a fall and broke my toe.

My son has attended for 9 months and loves Hapkido. It's a family friendly environment. I enjoy not only watching my son's grow and learn, I see each child grow and succeed. This art will change you.

My son started year and a half ago and found it spinning a wheel at a carnival. It was the best spin of his life! He has grown in so much confidence in last year. He works hard and works with the best group of instructors and classmates. It's really a family atmosphere and everyone enjoys each other's success!!!
