I had the ability to review an inspection they had done on another property,and as a result was confident in the detail and diligence. Thereport they provided me was as excellent too. Matt was showing me a few things that were down the road items to budget for (water heater,dishwasher), and some general maintenance items (filters, caulking, wood protection). With a few other neat things like the plumbing for a wholehouse vac system that I could install if I wanted to. He made great use ofthe inspection time and was focused on the concerns I had; after asking mewhat they were (skylights, deck). We had Inspector Mike out to do a full home inspection for us, after purchasing our new home. He was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. His inspection was very thorough and methodical, and he gave us lots of great tips and advice for our home in addition to the actual report. We highly recommend him!
