David inspected the home with a 1 day notice and did an amazing job, pointing out everything that was important and gave us great tips and feedback. He was wonderful to work with and 100% recommend!

Dave was fantastic, from setting the appointment, to reviewing his findings. He took the time to explain things in person, and through a very detailed report. I am very happy with hiring him.

I would highly recommend David to anyone in need of a home inspection, I cant say enough good things! He was very quick to respond and get an appointment scheduled. Additionally, the inspection report was sent to me later that same day! The report was extremely detailed with photos/comments and really helpful, overall great experience! Thanks again!
