Chris Matteson did a thorough inspection of a property that I am looking to purchase. I was present for the inspection and he explained in detail what he was looking for and why. Any questions I asked were answered. He had quick processing time from phone call to inspection. The final inspection reports were extremely detailed and makes identification of any issues or concerns easy to understand. Highly recommended.

Chris was able to schedule an inspection promptly. The inspection covered all areas of the house and thoroughly checked even the minor details. If we were not familiar with an area or utility he used it as a teachable moment.His years of experience showed and I would highly recommend if you want a quality inspection with a comprehensive report.

Chris from Accurate Home Inspections is awesome! He thoroughly goes through the house and checks all the major systems, points out thing which need attention and provides a very detailed report. Also, he is very responsive in answering questions on the telephone, and I have bugged him multiple times!
