(Before travel or if I know I was around someone sick!) I always feel so great after I leave knowing my body has the extra resources to stay healthy. Yesterday I came in mid an awful head cold with minor aches. I was so run down. This morning, I felt so much better. My body got the extra boost it needed to fight it!
