I called Bulldog at 2 minutes to closing on a Friday because my father in law locked his keys in his car. I honestly didn’t expect them to answer the phone much less be willing to come out. Jason was at the house within an hour and had us in the car within 15 minutes. Even made us a spare key. He was polite and when we asked questions he answered without appearing bothered. It was a very pleasant interaction after a very long afternoon.

Today I went in for a pampered facial with Morgan. This was my first ever facial and definitely not my last. I left feeling so relaxed. Morgan was so sweet. She did a wonderful job! Sara is wonderful! I’ve been going to her for over a decade and now drive an hour to the studio since I no longer live in the area. I got highlights for the first time two years ago and the flawless looks Sara continues to provide makes the drive MORE than worth it. I receive so many compliments after my appointments but even better than that is the atmosphere. Sara has such a relaxing and calm vibe to the studio that allows me to feel comfortable just being me during my appointments-whether life is going well or is more stressful. She’s there to listen or have a totally quiet appointment, whatever I need that day. Couldn’t recommend Serenity Hair Studio more!

I love my quarterly visits for Botox. Liz and Sidney work so well with me to maintain movement yet still prevent more fine lines and wrinkles from forming. People are always amazed to find out I get Botox.
Lexi did a great job explaining to me about waxing and what I will be feeling. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. Lexi answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease This was the first time I had done this so I appreciated her taking the time to explain the procedure to me. I am glad I chose her for my first waxing appointment. I look forward to booking many appointments with her.

I'm not from Meadville, so the lady was great in giving me ideas of places to go while I was in town visiting a friend. The prices are reasonable too. I recently went to Shades and Shapes. Lukay does an excellent job. She is a hair styling artist! It does cost a little more than some other salons in town, but I think it is worth it. Absolutely a 5 star experience!

The team from Trace did an exceptional job from start to finish. They transformed our bleak outdoor space into a resort style patio with kitchen and fireplace. I needed a vet and fast. My dog mocha 14 yr old was failing fast. I called at 8:30am and they fit me in 10:00 am. I knew going in she would likely need to be put down and sadly this was the outcome. But the care for mocha and myself was outstanding. Truly passionate and caring staff. The decision was mine to make but they explained in detail pros and cons both ways along with expetations if treatment were chosen. It was a very sad day that they helped mocha and myself get through.
