We contacted Conneaut Lake Veterinary due to an emergency situation with our dog. They were able to see us immediately and offered excellent care including contacting our vet (we live two hours south)and receiving our pup’s medical records. They were very transparent with costs and were able to provide us with excellent care and support. We can’t thank them enough for being there during a stressful and difficult situation. Thank you
Making an appointment while I was on vacation for my 13 year old dog was easy. Everyone during the visit itself was kind, professional and communicative. We left with a plan in place, medication and a follow up appointment. Couldn’t ask for more.
We’ve always had terrific care here for our dog. He was injured recently and the staff has been so wonderful- great communication and easy scheduling, explanation of care, kindness and compassion.
