I have never had my shoulder adjusted until now. Also adjusted my knee. I also didn’t know they have to be certified. Which Dr Vyrostek is certified in many different ways to adjust you.
He is extremely clear with what he’s doing when adjusting you, and educating you about what he’s doing.

I was sent by the VA to start massage therapy. I have never had a professional massage before and was a little nervous. She was very comfortable to be around and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I am very please after my first visit on how I feel the following day. Several other shops insisted that two wheel bearings had to be replaced. My research said otherwise. Garlands took care of the problem that other garages would have charged more than twice the cost to do. Garlands is now my forever garage. And they are GOOD PEOPLE !

From the minute you walk in he makes it his mission to help you to a place of relaxation and healing... he is very conscientious about your comfort and making sure you are absolutely relaxed every step of the way! He doesn't have a time clock that dictates your massage length... as he'd say it's done when it's done and it's not finished until you're finished... which is amazing!! I have been to see him quite a few times over the past 2 years and will continue to see him for my massage needs!!

Love love love my nails I got them done a week ago and they still look great! I paid 40 for full acrylic and worth every penny! I got them done for homecoming and had alot of compliments. They're thin but strong I clean horse stalls on daily and I need strong nails and these are it❣️
