The crew was AMAZING, we have 2 cats they saw them and said,"DO NOT WORRY WE CAN KEEP THE DOIR SHUT!!!" WE HAD SPECTRUM INSTALL A MODEM AND THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT CARE, WE APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK AND POLITE CRE WE HAD AND VERY RESPECTFUL!!! I'M GOING TO TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY (ALSO IF WE GO ANYWHERE OR ANY PLACE ) WILL RECOMMEND PREECE HEATING AND COOLING!!! MARK CAME OUT ON THE 1ST MID AFTERNOON MONDAY AFTERNOON AND THE POLITE OFFICE LADY CALLED THE FURNACE IS READY TO BE INSTALLED TOMORROW 830!!! WE ARE BLESSED THANK YOU!!!!

We had a full HVC install, they were great. Weeks later we messed up the thermostat and it shut down the heat. Preece graciously came out while on their day off and reset the thermostat with no charge. Thank you so much. Love you guys! Will definitely recommend!!
