I now live out of state, but my senior parents still bring their bully, Nelson, to Hidden Valley, and I am incredibly grateful for the patience, kindness, and care they show both my parents and Nellie. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shown by everyone at Hidden Valley Animal Clinic is truly unmatched.“

“My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose.

Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness.

“VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.

Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“Handled our furbaby's health concerns in a professional and timely manner. I can not remember Gypsy's techs name but she was VERY sweet and understanding with Gypsy's needs. It was very clear upon pickup after surgery that she had bonded and felt very comfortable with the tech who stated that she sat with her instead of leaving her in a cage after her surgery. She has never been in a cage let alone left anywhere so that extra attention meant the world to us. We will definitely be back and recommend your clinic to anyone who needs veterinary care“

“I have been going to Doc since 1986 with many kitties over the years. That is 40 years!!! A long time to be an active vet in business. I have never had a problem getting my kitties in to see him. I love him and Cathy. So for those upset about doc going into semi retirement after more than 40 years, plan ahead for routine care. For emergencies, emergency clinics are provided. I have had to use emergency clinics before, but as long as doc is there 3 days a week, he will be my vet.“

“I am editing my review but not changing any star rating- I originally went to this practice to have a stray cat, Jade, that we were FINALLY able to catch get spayed. This was the only vet I could get a reasonable appointment with and another one quoted me $800-$1,000.00 for the spay. Jade was too far pregnant when she went for the initial visit so we had to wait for the kittens to be born and then were able to bring her in for her spay. The team worked with the pricing and she was treated very well and the incision looked neat and well done. The kittens have since gone on to their new homes but the new owners chose Canon-Hill as the place to have them fixed. Fast forward to this week when my cat, Lynx, who has a history of constipation became very ill so I ran him to the emergency vet who quoted me $4,000.00-$6,000.00 for the deobstipation. I called Canon Hill and the gave a quote over the phone and were able to get him in soon. The staff was very friendly with my cat and he seemed to be very comfortable with them. The cost for the procedure was within the verbal quote and the only additonal cost was bloodwork which I gave my okay for before they did it which is appreciated. They also cleaned his bum and hind legs off really well since this was a very messy procedure and I appreciated that he got to go home nice and clean. They communicated well with what happened and any issues and prescribed new meds to hopefully give out guy a much better quality of life.“

“Our cat simply loves Dr Rubin. She is a great vet and keeps our 23lb Bengal Cat as healthy as can be. Lots of close parking. Associates are friendly to both people and pets.“
