“Our dog is scared of everyone and we have been training him for reactivity. Everyone we met has been very caring and extremely patient. They worked with us to prepare him for his first boarding. They offer private play and have separate rooms for anxious dogs. They sent us frequent updates with pictures and a video. He went from not wanting anything to do with some of them to hugging them. He even let them trim his nails. We are so thankful for the entire staff. Highly recommended.”
