“Art Dedrick is the best. Seems every time something if mine needs fixed, it is -10 outside but he is always quick to respond and sticks with it until it's fixed. He's very knowledgeable and an all around nice fellow. A bit pricey sometimes but how much does it cost a restaurant if they are shut down over refrigeration? Worth every penny for the great work he does.”
“Very professional. I was kept updated with progress and given a couple of options on repairs.”
“Jean and Joey were extremely professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable in assisting me for a leaking toilet issue. Excellent A++ customer service and how people should be treated also arriving same day within an hour and an half after I called. These two are a huge asset to your business and should be treated as such! I am very pleased overall, thank you yet again!”
