“Art Dedrick is the best. Seems every time something if mine needs fixed, it is -10 outside but he is always quick to respond and sticks with it until it's fixed. He's very knowledgeable and an all around nice fellow. A bit pricey sometimes but how much does it cost a restaurant if they are shut down over refrigeration? Worth every penny for the great work he does.“

That meant SO much to me. the workers were so respectful of my home, even took their shoes off before entering a room to clean the return. They also even put cardboard down when they had to take a door to the basement off. They put all the registers back on, they were tidy and the whole process was very clean and minimal dust!! “I had the pleasure of hiring these guys for a repair at my mom’s house. She had a leak in her second story tub that no one could figure out. I took Matt over one day and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and before we even had a chance to schedule they had a cancellation and offered me the spot. My brother was there during the service with the family dog and said the Spaeder guys were amazing. They were super good with our rather nosy and rowdy pup, they were kind, and most of all they were relatively quick in their work and didn’t leave a mess. Finding good service like this and fair pricing is hard these days, Spaeder made it easy though.“
