If you are wondering who to call, do not hesitate when it comes to calling Tom Torrance for your hearing and cooling needs. They were recommended to me by a coworker and now I see why. This company is not only professional, honest and fair, they are personable and a pleasure to work with! They were able to stop by our house within just a couple hours to check out our AC unit during a heat wave. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Tom has done two jobs for me on ac install and an emergency repair did phenomenal work and kept us with constant updates and fast work in order to keep our house cool. They are extremely professional and will work with anybody in anyway from time to finances there’s no one better to go to and I won’t as long as I live in the area!
Tom did a great job! Called this morning about my A/C not working and was here in under 2 hours even though it was non-urgent. He got the problem taken care of and explained everything as he went. Was very kind, honest, and upfront about everything. I will be recommending him to everyone who has heating and cooling issues!
