have two AC units, one that hadn’t been used in approximately 20 years. serviced both units, replaced some parts and gave me honest advice on life of units and replacement versus repair, which I appreciated. Very nice, excellent work.
Nerthling's is a great company to call for Heating and A/C issues. The receptionist, Taylor, was kind and friendly. She clearly explained the cost differences and availability between a regular or emergency service call. I was willing to pay the small upcharge to have someone come ASAP, and they got a technician to my house the same day (within a few hours, not sure if that's usual or not). The technician, Jared was fantastic and efficient. Two components needs to be replaced (the condenser and an electrical component), total cost for parts and service call were just over $500. Dwain was amazing! He communicated with us from the time he headed to our home until he left. Answered all our questions and clearly explained what he was going before it was started. Helped my mother understand things as well which was much appreciated! Great experience and will certainly be back for any of our future needs!
