Now your employee treats me like a nuisance because I want it fixed right including the wood that's been getting wet due to your workmanship. Casey was the manager who arranged everything else. The crew was prompt, polite and worked diligently to replace my roof; they didn't use a hard sell approach, didn't try to up-sell me and the price quoted was the price I paid. They installed high quality Certainteed shingles and made sure that my property was covered by tarps. Clean-up was excellent. Over-all a very good experience. I recommend highly Knox's Constrution.
