My roof was in bad shape and I didn't; even realize it because it wasn't apparent to my untrained eye. My insurance company dropped me, so I was in a scramble to get my roof replaced. We had MHI out for a quote. They were very complete in there quoting process. They took pictures and showed where the gutter was failing. The only issue and why I didn’t buy was the price was double for what we got it done for.
My initial interaction with MHI did not go well. Jared reached out to me and came out to investigate my issue. With his help we determined that the immediate issue was not with the roofing. Once we resolve our leak, we will discuss our roofing issues with MHI.
