In 2023, Quaker State Constructions built a 14x14 three-season room and a deck for us. While there were some challenges, the team communicated well throughout and resolved issues to our satisfaction. The crew was consistently present, and the project manager regularly checked progress. Over two years later (July 2025), when a railing bracket broke, I called and it was repaired the next day at no charge, thanks to their 10-year warranty. Quaker State Construction did quality work and backs it with excellent service.
Our whole experience with this project was superlative from start to finish. The company accommodated our schedule, so that the work was done before our son came to visit. The workmen were very polite and skilled, doing excellent work. We are very pleased indeed with our new deck which looks super.
