They returned the next day to reinstall my new faucet, sink and replaced all the shutoff valves to ensure they won't fail again due to our hard water. ACR responded promptly to my call and had a technician out within a day of my phone call. Both people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and friendly. “Brian is my plumber hands down, he’s fixed multiple things in my house for me, I won’t call anyone else, I believe he recently hired a tech who he sent out to my house yesterday to replace my kitchen faucet and he did a great job, did I pay a lil more than I was quoted YES but it wasn’t the techs fault, I discovered that I didn’t have shut off valves under my kitchen sink so they were installed for me (evidently when my kitchen was remodeled yrs ago whoever was living there at the time opted not to install them) so now I have them and it wasn’t that much more to install Brian is very reasonable with his price.“
