I stopped by when traveling for work and I'm so glad I did! I took a Warm Vinyasa with Elyssa and it was amazing! She's an amazing teacher that gives lots of modifications and encouragement, and helped with ensuring that everyone was using proper form and gave really helpful tips and personalized advice. I really enjoyed the class!
2nd Class: Jenna was a great teacher with such a warm and welcoming personality! She gave a lot of different modifications and options to make it more or less intense to personalize the experience! You can tell that there is such a strong sense of community at this studio and I really enjoy stopping by whenever I'm in town!”
