Cori is amazing!!! always makes me feel welcome and starts strong with her affirmations and positive thoughts. always pushing us to go stronger and harder. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. love you babe ?
I really miss in person instruction with Lori but was so happy to have virtual instruction the past few months. I much prefer gentle yoga where poses are held for longer amounts of time, and am glad she offers both gentle and regular (vinyasa).
Laurie and the Vital Tree team are wonderful both in-person and virtually. The studio is a great place for practicing, and the spring/summer classes outdoors are so energizing and fun. The yoga instructors are all so knowledgeable and lead wonderful sessions. Definitely would recommend!
