Gus & Jonathan did an excellent job with refinishing our existing hardwood floors and installing the new floors! We recently closed on a new house and before we move in we wanted to replace all of the carpet in the living areas with hardwood floors along with our upstairs hallway. Then, we needed to have the floors sanded and refinished in order for the new floors to match the existing floors and to flow throughout the house. The entire project took 3 weeks from start to finish. I did a lot of research before I finally decided to go with Pera Hardwood and I’m very please with my decision and the end result! Gus and Johnathan were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced and did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new floors installed or existing floors refinished!

We had our living room and dining room done in December of 2014. We got a prompt, professional, very reasonable estimate and good suggestions on whether to replace some damaged wood and on staining and sealing. The job was done on schedule and our 1958-original floors came out beautifully. They still look as good as the day they were finished. I have recommended Jonathan F. Pera Hardwood Floors whenever anyone asks about our floors.

5 years prior, I had my floors refinished and a inlay installed. The gentleman seemed reliable and had good reviews. I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. What I ended up with are some of the nicest and most beautiful hardwood floors imaginable.
