I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. What I ended up with are some of the nicest and most beautiful hardwood floors imaginable. His prices were reasonable, his men were true professionals and talented craftsman, and everything was finished faster than expected. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.<br><br>Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!<br><br>We are very happy with our upgrades - laundry on the second floor is a game changer!
