On top of that, they even helped fix a stuck shark bite on an outdoor spigot (completely unrelated to the visit) and didn’t charge for it. “I'll have to give these guys (Zelic's) a 5 star rating. We had water coming into the basement from under a wall and the floor drain clogged. And a lot of expensive equipment at risk. With their modern-day tools of a camera they could see the clog and how far it was down the pipe. They had a device to locate the pipe and the blockage. They used almost all of their snakes almost 180 feet. They pushed through the huge clog of roots and pushed it all out of the drain pipe. The floor drain was also part of the French drain system that was clogged flooding the basement. It was like a miracle from GOD!! Water and mud gushed out the other end going into a drainage creek behind our house“
