We noticed an issue that needed an electrician, and he had one out at the house for us the next morning before we moved in. On that note, David and his team also go above and beyond in terms of their generosity. They gave us a wonderful gift basket upon closing, and when we raised an issue that we had upon move-in, he offered to help us out of his own pocket. That is something that you just do not see in today's day and age, but it is one of the countless ways that he and his team stand out.
