We had a great experience selling my mother’s home with Cal and Tyler Yoder. They both were very helpful in the process of selling my mother’s furniture & staging while we were located across the country moving my mother into an assisted living community. Cal was extremely knowledgeable and advised us on navigating the home inspection once under contract. Because of Cal’s knowledge, he saved us close to $10,000 by suggesting we get a second opinion. We recommend Cal and his team to anyone buying or selling their home.
