HDC MidAtlantic's Ruoff Tower offers a family-like atmosphere, beautiful gardens, and clean facilities. The property features up-to-date appliances, spotless floors, furniture, kitchen, and restrooms. The maintenance staff is highly praised for their exceptional service, making it a highly recommended place to call home.
I've been a resident at Umbrella Works for 31 years, I enjoy living at the property. I have a beautiful apartment, very spacious, high ceilings. The staff does an amazing job with maintenance and office information.
I own City Brick Restorations, here in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I did a large exterior repointing job on they're building here in Lancaster. Mike K. who heads up their maintenance department, who I dealt with almost on a day-to-day basis, could not have been more helpful, and professional. Whenever I needed his help, or advice he was available to help. Lilly, who I dealt with as far as getting the proper paperwork submitted, getting me paid in a timely manner, I could not ask for a nicer person to deal with. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure of mine to deal with these two professionals. This was submitted on October 8th 2025.
I recently attended the grand opening of the College Ave Apartments and was really impressed by the building. HDC truly goes out of their way to make housing affordable and accessible for the community. Great work and great people behind it!
