Hello my name is Matt, I have been a resident of ruoff tower for going on 8 years, you couldn't ask for a better team of people to manage your property. We have a beautiful garden, we have clean and fresh hallways, we have up to date and working appliances, and most importantly there is a family atmosphere that supersedes everything I just said. The primary election polling center at Ruoff Tower where I worked as a poll clerk on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, on N Prince Street in Lancaster PA was impeccably maintained. Floors, furniture, kitchen, and restrooms were spotless. Thank you to Elizabeth and the custodial staff!
I've lived here for ten years and each year gets better. Office people change, but friends are always here for me. We are one big family. The maintenance staff is the same as year one. They are the best 😁.
