I was recently recommended to Moderne Eyes by a friend. I am happy to report that the recommendation did not disappoint. I was greeted by Theresa at the desk, had an exam by Dr. Phuong, and was fitted for glasses by Barb, the optician. Each of them was friendly, professional, and thorough.Barb was so friendly and helpful, assisting me in my selection and fitting for glasses. I chose two pair that will be just right for me, thanks to her expert input.Online appointment setting was so easy, and I was pleased to receive a follow-up confirmation phone call. Without reservation, I highly recommend Moderne Eyes, Manheim Pike- Lancaster.
I love Modern Eyes! The customer service is top-notch and the selection is the best around. When my lens didn't perform as expected; Barb went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I will definitely be back!
I broke my glasses and came back here to see what they could do. To my surprise Barb found a pair of frames very similar to what I had and was able to put my lenses in without an issue at all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here for glasses! All the staff is extremely helpful! Everytime I walk in here they never let me walk around the store in need. ?️? Thanks for the help guys!
