My mom moved to this area in 2010. She has been a customer of “Boscov’s Optical” for many years and has always been able to find the quality products she needs at a reasonable price and has always been treated with great customer service.
Recently my mom broke the frames for her glasses. I was unsure if they could be repaired or would need to be replaced, The challenge is that my mom now has Dementia and resides in a memory care unit. The doctor is not only super competent, she is also very personable. Her bedside manner is impeccable. The Manager seemed a bit overwhelmed when we first arrived, but changed her demeanor promptly and delivered great service through the time my daughter's glasses were ready for pick up. At the time of pick up, she (Tara) was super nice and accommodating. Thank you!
