I normally go here to have lab and blood work done. The check in folks that sit at the desks are normally not very friendly. For some strange reason they seem to have bad attitudes. They act like they are annoyed or bothered by people coming there. I would suggest that they find other jobs if they can't be courteous and friendly. Maybe training would help.

Professional, friendly, and compassionate staff. There are lab services, testing services, and various Cardiolgist specialists located at this location. It is a clean, tasteful environment. You are asked to answer Covid questions as you enter the building lobby. Yes you are required to wear a mask and follow Covid distancing. When you register, you will be directed to the appointment for your need. There is a vending machine located on the first floor down the hall towards the lab. Be aware that you can only get diet beverages and water plus candy bars from the vending machine. Parking lot is large with designated handicap spots close to the front door. Wow. Photo from 8 hours later. Unnecessary roughness by phlebotomy and I specifically asked this team of two to use a small butterfy needle so it hurts less. Instead they select the widest butterly needle they can find. I say this blood draw is hurting me and zero response. Not using their lab services again.
