The office staff is helpful and responsive, often assisting quickly when children are injured or sick. Patients value the care they receive, which often helps avoid unnecessary trips to urgent care. Although there can be waits of about 30 minutes after appointments, families find the overall experience positive and reassuring. The practice is known for its supportive environment, caring doctors, and staff who go above and beyond to ensure children’s health and well-being.
Had yet another wonderful experience with Lancaster Pediatrics today! My daughter got hurt on the playground at school, and as an RN myself, I was on the fence whether she needed anything beyond some TLC to fix it. I called them, spoke with the receptionist, then nurse, and they immediately got her in to be looked at. Saved us a traumatic trip to urgent care, when I wanted a quick opinion to ease my mind and help decide best treatment. Dr. Paulson and all of the office staff were wonderful with her- Dr even helped her choose her stickers on the way out ♥️
Dr. Kumar has been my sons’ doctor since day 2! She and the rest of the staff have always been super supportive, kind and knowledgeable over the years. I always knew I wanted a pediatrician vs family doctor, and this practice is top notch.
