I went to Village Optical KOP recently and had a great experience. The staff there are super knowledgeable about my insurance and taught me a lot about the different types of glasses. Marc helped me and he found the perfect pair. The doctor was friendly and made the exam seamless. They also told me I could pick up my glasses at their Phoenixville office since it’s closer to home for me.

Dr. Kim is very friendly and detailed.Thank you for looking at it carefully.Today my husband is the best doctor.I really liked it.thank you ??And since it was my first time today, I couldn't find the office, so I called and a staff member came out.Thanks to the kind guidance, I arrived on time without any trouble.Thank you also to the staff. ??

Dr. Sarah Derr is by far the best in the game. I have been going to her for my scleral lenses for 5 years and I travel from NYC just to see her. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain everything, and does everything she can to get you the best vision possible. I travel 3+ hours round trip every time I have an appointment with her and it is absolutely worth it. The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well.
