We LOVE the new 2 stage variable system Lou and Co. installed in our house this past December. I am normally freezing cold during the winter months but with the new system, the house is more evenly warm. I even reduced the daily temperature on the system by a degree and remain more comfortable. Can't wait to see how effective the system is this summer.
Mike Payne is a welcome addition to 2 Seasons Heating and Cooling. He serviced our oil fired furnace a few weeks ago and did a great job; on time and professionally done. What I appreciated was that he has a setup in the back of the truck where he cleans the nozzle and insulator assembly, keeps the house from smelling like fuel oil. Good value.
I contacted Two Seasons Heating & Cooling in Winter 2018 when my heat pump was not heating. Brian Brower (owner) responded promptly to my phone call and set up a time that worked for me to have him visit and determine the cause of the problem - the first indication Two Seasons was the correct contractor. Any contractor that can give you options/proposals without investigating the problem first hand is not the right choice. Brian was able to locate the problem quickly and give me 2 proposed solutions within my budget and timing constraints.
