My fiance spoke with Karlene who provided us with all the information and she is so friendly! She even stayed a little late one day so I could go and see the sink options they provide which I really appreciated.

Alan came out about a week later and did our template and we got our layout preview from Brandon about 24 hours after the fact.

A week later Danny and Ausencio came out and did our install and they were great!! Super friendly and did an amazing job.

“Excellent work and customer service, we have a water damage in our home, at first the insurance don’t want to cover some Item but ECM got in touch with our insurance adjuster and start talking about the repairs and they agree to the report from ECM CARPENTRY.

“I worked with Phil Eastburn at the Wilmington store. GREAT help. Purchased a GE refrigerator, GE stove and Yorktown cabinets. Delivery was to Lewes, Delaware. He and his team arrived as scheduled and placed my new cabinets where I asked. This was not an installation project but it certainly helped to have heavy lifters on site to assist getting the items to an accessible spot. Phil also moved my existing appliances to an outdoor space. Grateful for his input and hooking me up with great products!“

“It's not easy to find a place to plan AND BUILD a home theater in full. We only found Media Rooms after being less-than-satisfied with the plans and costs from "the big guys".
