While not a huge deal since it was only $5, Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire situation. When I called the store to see if I had left the item behind, Lauren was very polite over the phone and checked both the checkout area and video footage for me multiple times. I’m very grateful for her assistance, especially as she did not have to go as above and beyond as she did.“
