“When I bought my house in PA, I originally planned to replace the floors and paint the interior. When I closed on the house and interviewed contractors, it became evident that I needed to gut the kitchen and start over. Unfortunately, I ended up with a compressed schedule due to the sale of my house in NC. Alex immediately accommodated my ridiculous schedule, coordinating the flooring, cabinets, tile backsplash, and countertops. He clearly communicated schedules and patiently answered my relentless phone calls. By the time I moved to PA, I had beautiful floors throughout the house and a functioning kitchen! Despite the rush, Cloister Cabinetry provided quality products and installation. The estimate was exactly what I was finally charged; any changes were due to my own request, which they accommodated without issue. When I found minor oversights, the team arrived within a day to address them. Moreover, I had no concerns with having any of the contractors in my house either when it was occupied or when I was living in it. My overall experience was fabulous!“

“I have been engaged in the cabinetry business for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Signature Custom Cabinetry as one of my suppliers for a long period of time. . I have never dealt with a more responsive and honest company then Signature. The owners who are family do so much for their community and their employees as well as the environment. When I would place my order with them I would receive a ship week and then a few weeks before delivery they would then provide a date and time the truck would arrive. I can tell you that that truck was never late!!!! Their quality control is super important to them and their craftsman and craftswomen take a great deal of pride in their work. I gain nothing by writing this review for this fine company. I was just reading some of the reviews online and felt I needed to come to their defense. Signature is clearly a company that practices the highest moral and ethical principals of business as is written in their mission statement.Please note that the negative reviews seem to have been posted right in the middle of this Covid nightmare. There are delays everywhere you look in this industry right now but it is slowly improvingEric Sorensen“
