Everyone that I dealt with at BKT was great from starting the process with Christine to installation with Ben. Phil Eastburn made everything come together in ways too numerous to count. His attention to detail and ability to get things done are assets that make him a superb project manager. If I ever do another remodel it'll be at BKT because I'd trust him overseeing any job.

I worked with Phil Eastburn at the Wilmington store. GREAT help. Purchased a GE refrigerator, GE stove and Yorktown cabinets. Delivery was to Lewes, Delaware. He and his team arrived as scheduled and placed my new cabinets where I asked. This was not an installation project but it certainly helped to have heavy lifters on site to assist getting the items to an accessible spot. Phil also moved my existing appliances to an outdoor space. Grateful for his input and hooking me up with great products!
