“I have been meeting with various nutritionist from Family Food for the past two years or more. I look forward to each meeting in that the nutritionists are knowledgeable, full of good information and, every time, I take from the table suggestions to enhance the nutritional value of the food I eat. The nutritionist asks questions on what was last recommended as well as what I'm currently eating and I can bring up concerns about certain foods; the meeting evolves from there. Today's meeting was great and I plan to make the recommended substitution and hope to like it!“
