“My son has been coming to takeover sports since June of 2022 at the age of 12.He participates in the strength and Conditioning and Agility sessions.We have been Thrilled with this Club and love it.He spends at least 3.5 to 4 hours a week.They have a great schedule.My son plays a lot of sports and having the ability to work out for 2 hours on Sat or Sunday has been great for my son's busy schedule.Ryan and staff do a great job and we have seen significant improvement in my son's speed and strength.Ryan and trainers work closely with the youths to make sure they are working hard and are getting dividends on the hard work they are putting in.They have an app to track their workouts to make sure they are doing more or the most efficient workout. To sign up kid up for the sessions there is an app for that which is really easy.It goes a long way knowing and trusting the people that are working with my son have an interest in my son succeeding and bettering him.The club puts this into action.The club also help worked with my son coming back from sports injury.Ryan worked things out with my son’s PT getting him back to his routines.There is no doubt Ryan, and the club has a passion for helping the kids.I see that from conversation with Ryan, my son and seeing the firsthand results in my son’s improvement.We also receive weekly emails from Ryan on key topics regarding technical aspects of strength and condition and you can see the passion from tone of emails and information is great and useful.If you are looking for a great place to improve your son or daughters speed, strength and Agility, this is a great place to come and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.“

“Just had my second appointment and I feel so much better. I am a very complicated case with severe disc degeneration and alot of muscle pain in my lower back and also other areas in my upper back and neck where I get pain. I was very impressed on my.first appointment with Dr. Wendy. She is so knowledgeable, caring and no just wanting to give you the basic one two three adjustment. She really takes time to listen to your situation and approaches you based on your issues. She did alot of trigger point work and then adjusted me with one of her many tools. I feel so much better. I have another adjustment next week and a massage and I cant wait. Glad I found her.“
