Henry answered the call! A/C went out on Memorial day. Henry answered my call, and came to fix it on the spot the very next day. This is a great company. He charged a very fair price to fix a high pressure shutoff on my outside heat pump/ ac. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix, but required the tools and knowledge of a professional. He could have easily overcharged for the repair, but i was happy to give him the money he charged in exchange for a comfortable home in this summer heat! A+++

New to the area. Noticed beautiful work done on the house purchased . Furnace/ac and plumbing was done so professional and neat. Had a few questions and Jake came out and answered questions and looked to see if I could add a bathroom in the basement. He also made sure everything was ok . Wonderful company from Kathy answering the phone to working with Jake. Good to see a company that really cares. We be using whipkey hvac/plumbing for all our work.

Whipkey Heating and AC are very dependable. Jason answers phone calls very quickly and so does Henry. Henry did the recent work for us and he is very knowledgeable and efficient. We bought an air conditioner from Jason a few years ago and have been very happy with it. We would highly recommend them!
