The tech they sent was very personable and I had a great time talking with him while he spent much more time than I expected assuring my furnace was cycling correctly. He went out of his way to fix things I hadn't asked for, and most importantly; all said and done, I was charged much much less than my expectation on his way out, this company offers stellar customer service. Not sure who should be receiving this, but I wanted to let you know that the crew that was at my house today for weatherization were amazing! From the first guy who came and greeted me, to their pulling out of my driveway, each person was so polite and knowledgeable of their work. I asked a few questions and received prompt replies. I so appreciate all the quality work I received today, as well and their hustle. They were all doing different jobs at the same time and were finished in a few hours.
Everyone greeted my Sadie (dog) with kind words and petting her, even tho she felt the need to bark at each one of them!
The Senior on site, Robert, definitely knows his job and how it is to be done correctly. He was soo good with the workers. I heard him numerous times tell them, they “did a good job”, or “let me explain why we do this the way we do” or “let me show how to do that the correct way”.
That alone put my mind at ease that I was getting quality work from this work crew.
