“We hired the Floor and Wall Guys to replace our floor on the main level and move our laundry to the second floor. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.

Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!

“We used Whiteoak Construction to remove our living room and kitchen ceilings due to damage. Gene gave us a very fair quote, and completed the work recently. He did a beautiful job both on the ceilings and the crown moulding in the living room. Gene took great care to properly protect our home before starting the demo, communicated with us throughout the project and provided the final invoice in a timely manner. “When you need work done on your house, you are essentially looking for three things: 1) a fair price, 2) for the person to show up when they say they will, and 3) that they do a good job. Joe delivered on all three accounts. I called three contractors for an estimate on some siding/soffit repair. Of the three who said they'd come over for an estimate, only two showed up. Of the two who showed up, only one gave a quote on the spot and said they could do the job next day. That person was Joe. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. Ross Sr. guided me through repointing my home's stone foundation and educated me on the correct cement-sand mixture to use. They provided the cement for that project.
