When you need work done on your house, you are essentially looking for three things: 1) a fair price, 2) for the person to show up when they say they will, and 3) that they do a good job. Joe delivered on all three accounts. I called three contractors for an estimate on some siding/soffit repair. Of the three who said they'd come over for an estimate, only two showed up. Of the two who showed up, only one gave a quote on the spot and said they could do the job next day. That person was Joe. I appreciate his honesty and responsiveness. Joe responded quickly and showed up the same day to install a large window air conditioner for me. He was back a few days later to repair and clean out my rain gutters. Joe is professional, friendly and hard-working, and his rates are very reasonable. I will definitely hire Joe for my next project.
Joe had all the assets mentioned above. He came to my residence to assemble a bathroom cabinet with a bowl sink. He did a professional and perfect job.. I know where to go for all my future jobs. I cannot thank him enough.
