“Jarlath was recommended to us by a neighbor who has only great things to say about his work, so we hired him to install star bolts and repair a lintel on our home. To install the bolts Jarlath and his crew had to cut holes in the ceiling of two rooms. They were remarkably conscientious about cordoning off those areas with plastic and cleaning up the dust after (in contrast with other contractors we’ve worked with) and very pleasant to work with. They were extremely well organized, with consistent weekly written reports (including photographs) and weekly face to face meetings with the project manager at our option. They finished as scheduled (we made a few changes that required extensions) and the kitchen was usable exactly when they estimated. The crafts people were very respectful of the property, befriended our dog, and kept the place secure at all times, even when we were travelling. The site was always neat and orderly when they left each day. We especially appreciated the design team who guided us through choices and options without being overbearing.
