“We have used their products twice in the past, which is why we went back a 3rd time. They just didn't happen to have what we wanted this time, but they are always friendly and helpful, and honest. We like that it's a family-owned business.”
“I am so happy with my new carpet from Rich’s Rugs. Rich had a variety of options to choose from. He was very thorough in explaining his different products. When it came time for installation, he arrived on time, he ran a very clean operation, and he completed the job in a timely manner. My experience with Rich’s Rugs left me 100% satisfied. More important, my wife is happy, too!

“Allen was easy to work with, very responsive, and clearly takes great pride in his work and is very meticulous. He did our entire first floor, finished ahead of schedule, and the floors look absolutely amazing. On top of just the standard installation, he also managed to level out a significant dip between rooms to the point it's now completely unnoticeable. I would highly recommend Path!”
